SUMMARY:NbS EduWORLD Summer School
DESCRIPTION:The NbS EduWORLD International Course 2025\, part of the NbS Ed
 uWORLD Academy\, will take place from June 29th to July 4th\, 2025\, and i
 s aimed at school leaders and primary and secondary school professors\, to
  integrate Nature-Based Solutions into educational settings through a syst
 emic and participatory approach.\n\nThe Summer School will be held at the 
 Golden Coast Hotel &amp\; Bungalows\, located on the beach of Marathon Bay
  (Greece).\n\nDuring the course\, participants will deepen their understan
 ding of the core concepts of NbS and their educational potential\, explore
  innovative pedagogies\, case studies\, and teaching resources\, and devel
 op an action plan to transform their school into an NbS Living Lab. They w
 ill also be introduced to the European sustainability competence framework
  (GreenComp)\, take part in peer-learning activities\, networking\, and th
 e exchange of good practices\, as well as discover funding opportunities a
 nd transnational cooperation initiatives.\n\nTopics will range from the de
 finition and typologies of NbS according to the EU\, to future scenarios a
 nd strategies for integrating NbS into the STEAM curriculum (Science\, Tec
 hnology\, Engineering\, Arts\, and Mathematics).\n\nThe course will conclu
 de with the presentation of the action plans developed by the participants
 \, to promote sustainability\, innovating teaching practices\, and activel
