On May 29 and 30, 2025, at the Aula Magna of the Polytechnic and Basic Sciences School of the University of Naples “Federico II,” the international conference titled “Improving Nature-Smart Policies through Innovative Resilient Evaluations” will be held.
In a context characterized by increasing anthropogenic pressures, the need for sustainable urban regeneration, protection of territorial identity, containment of indiscriminate land use, and enhancement of the existing building stock represents a crucial challenge.
This event is conceived as a high-profile scientific forum dedicated to the development of advanced real estate valuation methodologies aimed at integrating environmental, economic, and social sustainability criteria into urban and territorial planning decision-making processes. Particular attention is given to urban regeneration, the enhancement of local identity, and sustainability as a central paradigm for territorial transformations and urban design, with the goal of mitigating environmental impact.
Participation is free and open to scholars, industry professionals, and policymakers.
This event represents a key opportunity to contribute to developing innovative urban policies aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals.
